She may be known for being one of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but Camille Grammer is all about Malibu living these days after dropping a whopping $6.55 million on a new seaside abode.
According to Trulia, Grammer recently snatched shabby chic three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom beach house located right on the oceanfront — talking her way down from its $6.978 million asking price — after the place was put on the market for the first time in 60 years.
Standing 2,043 square feet with 50 feet of prime beach frontage, the property is surrounded by lush gardens and has two private staircases leading right down to the beach. The main house boasts two spacious bedrooms with its entire second floor devoted to a stunning master suite with a shady terrace that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Should Grammer use her new abode for entertaining, the residence offers a separate guest suite its own separate entrance just outside of the lot’s private courtyard.
In 2012, the Bravo-lebrity listed her sprawling Malibu estate for $17.9 million following her divorce with Kelsey Grammer. She also sold off their Colorado vacation home for $6.6 million the following year, erasing all traces of the Frasier actor from her real estate portfolio.
