Porsha Williams just spent a ton of money to be a little closer to her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star.
According to TMZ, the 35-year-old dropped a whopping $1.15 million on a new mansion in Duluth, Ga., that’s only two minutes away from NeNe Leakes’ lavish abode. Best of all, she got it all for less than the original $1.275 million asking price!
Standing at 5,920 square feet, the regal-looking residence boasts five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two partial baths. The listing also states that the home features stunning stonework, five fireplaces, hardwood floors, wall-to-wall carpet and 10 foot ceilings.
Aside from a breathtaking two-story foyer, the house, which is located inside a gated community, includes a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and stone countertops, a hearthside breakfast nook, a dining area with its own butler’s pantry, a sunny great room, a spacious master suite with walk-in closets and double vanities, and open terraces on the second floor.
Outside, there sits a paved circular driveway that leads to a three-car garage and lush green landscaping as far as the eye can see.
Residents such as Williams and Leakes will also have access to shared amenities like the club house, golf course, swimming pool, lighted tennis court, and fishing area. Basically, there are plenty of ways for the two to have a girls’ night out without having to leave their neighborhood.
