The Saturdays perform at Wembley Arena

Frankie Bridge showed she has what it takes to compete on Strictly Come Dancing last night by showcasing some seriously sassy moves with The Saturdays.

The gorgeous pop star and her equally stunning band mates took to the stage at The SSE Arena, Wembley last night for a huge performance as part of their Greatest Hits tour.

And the ladies, Rochelle Humes, Vanessa White, Mollie King and Una Foden, couldn’t wait to gush over Frankie’s dance skills and how well she’s been doing in rehearsals ahead of her debut on BBC’s Strictly in two weeks time.

The ladies rocked Wembley Arena

Band mate Una said: “Check out Frankie’s moves out in the next song, I keep calling it the Cha Cha Cha, it’s The Saturdays’ version. She will definitely be a stand-out – she’s amazing.”

Frankie laughed and admitted what she previously thought was the Cha Cha Cha was actually nothing like the ballroom dance routine she’s been taught for the show.

The short-haired singer, 25, also announced she’d been asked to film a short clip of the band on stage and the huge audience at Wembley for her appearance on Strictly.

Frankie looked in great shape

Fans screamed and clapped as Rochelle played around with a camera before the ladies jumped back into the set and welcomed their seriously hot dancers back onto the stage.

Hits during the night included Issues, Ego, Forever is Over, Notorious and All Fired Up, during which they wore sexy firefighter outfits and frolicked with the half-naked hunks.

The five-piece all wore coordinated outfits during the show including some very short glittery fringed gold skirts and a stand-out black PVC catsuit which Rochelle strutted her stuff in.

Hunky dancers turned heads as well as The Saturdays

Mother-of-one Frankie, who is married to footballer Wayne Bridge, showcased her incredible abs and toned legs, proving her intense rehearsals for Strictly are already paying off.

Meanwhile, Una showed off her little baby bump after announcing she is pregnant with her second child with husband Ben (who we spotted in the audience) and we were super jel of Vanessa ALL night. She’s just too gorgeous.

The other ladies looked equally fab and the band signed off with their number one smash hit single What About Us? as confetti canons were let off and the singers thanked fans for their support over the past six years.

We don’t want them to go anywhere!
